What we collect

Forms collect your name, email, optional phone, product or event details and notes. Please do not include card, bank or other sensitive financial information. A hashed network identifier is used for abuse prevention.

How it is used and stored

Requests are stored in the site’s managed database and are accessible through a protected owner workspace. Request details are also sent through FormSubmit to Mayo Eats’ designated orders email address. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Copies in the email mailbox are managed separately by Mayo Eats. Mayo Eats uses these details to respond, confirm details and arrange fulfillment. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records older than 180 days are removed when the owner opens the inbox. Records may remain longer if the inbox is not accessed. Confirmed orders may be subject to separate retention requirements. To ask for access, correction or deletion, contact Mayo Eats using the links on our contact page and identify the email used for your request.

Third-party links

Facebook, Instagram and TikTok operate under their own privacy policies. This site uses no advertising trackers. Essential hosting or sign-in cookies may be used for secure site access.

The homepage atmosphere photo is illustrative stock photography from Unsplash, not a photograph of a Mayo Eats product. Product visuals are supplied promotional artwork. The family photograph was supplied by Mayo Eats.
