Meet the Mayo Family

We’re Darren and Trudie Mayo, the family behind Mayo Eats in Verdigris, Oklahoma. Our lives center on faith, family, and serving others. Mayo Eats brings together our love of good food and our commitment to missions, with 100% of proceeds supporting mission work.

Our three children each bring their own talents and sense of purpose to our family. Graceanne is currently attending Bible college, studying Missions and Music Education as she prepares to serve through ministry and music. Max serves in the U.S. Army National Guard, and we are proud of his dedication to serving our country. Mark is a high school senior who stays active in music and marching band, stepping in wherever he can help.

Mission trips have been an important part of our family’s life, and all three of our children have been actively involved. Those experiences have deepened our commitment to sharing our faith, building relationships, and meeting practical needs.

Here at home, we also enjoy serving our community, including preparing meals for the Verdigris Band. Whether we’re feeding a marching band, developing a new sauce or seasoning, or preparing food for a family gathering, we put care and purpose into what we make.
